Text / Batch Comparison System

A Text / Batch Comparison System automatically compares scanned or photographed documents (images) against a trusted master and/or between each other, verifies text content with OCR, detects visual differences, and highlights mismatches directly on the images (e.g., with a red box around the error). It’s ideal for bulk document QA (cards, IDs, invoices, lab records, test result cards), reducing manual work and catching data-entry or scanning errors quickly.

Key Capabilities 

  • Image-to-image comparison: Pixel/structural comparison to find layout or visual differences.

  • Image-to-text comparison: OCR extracts text from images and compares it to expected text (master record or database).

  • Master vs. Attachment card comparison: Compares a trusted “master” card to the incoming “attachment” card for both visuals and fields.
